Management Team

Kunitake Kobayashi / President

As the president/founding member of Greenpacks Corporation, Kunitake Kobayashi brings almost 40 years of Sales, Marketing & Factory operation experience to Greenpacks. Before joining Greenpacks, Kunitake has led the PE Bag business div in Mitsubishi Shoji Plastics, the plastic business subsidiary in Mitsubishi. Prior to that, Kunitake was the Managing Director in Plus Kogyo (Now J-Film, the leading PE film Manufacturer in Japan.
Kunitake was also in charge of the Polyethylene material business in Mitsubishi Chemical. Kunitake has 40 years experience in the following business streams:- (Material Manufacturer, PE Film Vendor, Trader).Kunitake holds a degree from Keio University in (Economics).

Kunihiro Kobayashi / Managing Director

Kunihiro Kobayashi has also joined the executive team of Greenpacks Corporation, as both Founder & Managing Director. Prior to that, Kunihiro had successfully undertaken a business development role within the high profile Sumitomo Corporation; the leading integrated trading company in Japan. There Kunihiro, was successfully engaged in the development of business partnerships with both key & strategic business partners throughout Europe & the USA. Kunihiro is a specialist in the field of Worldwide Trading business and has gained much invaluable experience to date. Kunihiro also holds a 1st class degree from the University of Tokyo in (Engineering).

Keigo Shima / Managing Director

Keigo Shima is also a founding member of Greenpacks and has undertaken a leading role within the company as Managing Director. In SHIKEN/Trendy, Keigo was responsible for the company operation and Business Development. In addition to his senior management role, Keigo has gained a broad range of experience from the company operation. Keigo has also obtained a Degree from the University of Tokyo in (Science).

Takeshi Kobayashi / Director of Finance and Administration

Takeshi Kobayashi joined Greenpacks in 2006 as the Director of Finance and Administration. Prior to that, Takeshi was a leading specialist in the field of Financing through his experience at Daiwa Securities, the leading security company in Japan. He is also holding a degree of CFP(Certified Financial Planner), the top tier qualification and a Degree from the University of Tokyo in (Economics).

Kouji Nishida / Auditor

Kouji Nishida joined Greenpacks Corporation as an auditor and technical consultant. Kouji holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Fukui University and is an expert in polyolefin and engineering plastics, Kouji has been involved with the development of a variety of plastic materials at some of the leading Chemical companies. He is also a well known technical mentor in addressing environmental problems and is an advisor for NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Development Organization), an government agency in the technical development field.
